Mistakenly deleted a partition? Partition is lost, or ridiculous problems with the partitions: try using the program TEST DISK: works with the following file systems: - FAT12 FAT16 FAT32 - NTFS (Windows NT/W2K/XP/...) - EXT2/EXT3 (Linux) - BeFS (BeOS) - BSD disklabel - CramFS - IBM Multiboot - JFS - Linux SWAP (version 1 and 2) - NSS (Netware) - ReiserFS 3.5/3.6 - XFS copy the MS-DOS Version of Testdisk onto a bootable floppy or boot with another dos-based boot media. start testdisk, select Analyse to scan the Harddisk, Testdisk shows you a summary of found partitions: if the information is right you can write it into the partition table.
